cancellation policy

You will be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation without giving a minimum of 3 days' notice prior to the reservation.
Please contact us in advance if you want to conceal your reservation.※In the event of a refund, we will transfer the amount after deducting the transfer fee.

(Caution) % is the ratio of the penalty charge to the basic room charge.
If the contracted days are shortened, a penalty of one day (the first day) will be collected regardless of the number of shortened days.
